Goal for the Day: Don’t Find Things to Worry About

There’s enough to preoccupy us without having to find things to worry about. It’s easy to let your thoughts get away with you. The more creative you are, the more you’re able to image every combination of things that can go wrong. However, instead of wasting your energy worrying about things that might happen, try to focus on the things that already are.

When your mind isn’t cluttered with false worry, you’ll be able to better cope with real challenges, and, most importantly, enjoy the wonderful things that you might be missing.
